Our CNC machine has expanded the variety of products we can offer as well as providing faster, more accurate trimming. Drill holes for hardware can be made to match pre-existing hole patterns as accurately as they can be measured. Our CNC machine is also able to router intricate shapes and hole patterns without breaking a sweat. Multiple signs now come out exactly the same shape. Cartoon characters printed on a rigid board and then cut to shape would be a good example for this process.

Because our machine is a multi-head CNC we can offer you more than just routering. Our CNC is also capable of knife cuts through thinner materials such as cardboard, paper, PSA, etc. It also has a scoring tool to provide nice folds for cartons. And finally, it has a kiss cut tool for cut vinyl such as the lettering used to display hours of operation on a storefront.
